2005-2006 SCHOOL YEAR
As a new approach, the Museum organizes this year 6 different educational programmes for school children – 3 for each of the two exhibitions presented in its premises – in accordance with the level of the pupils offering two different programmes for each class.
In this way, children will no longer have to wait outside the Museum's walls in order to participate in a programme.

| Educational Programmes for pre-school children, 1 st and 2 nd grade pupils
1. Images of myself - ground floor
2. Images of the environment - upper floor
Through the Museum's exhibits children are led to witness a story. In imaginary time and space with the help of the animator children decide on the follow up of the story using drama elements. The programme is meant to offer the opportunity to develop feelings, thoughts and experiences so as to elaborate further on the two themes of the exhibitions and to discover the artistic elements of the artworks on display. Finally, on a specially designed educational leaflet, using pastel colours, children create their own image.
